When it comes to food, maintaining freshness depends on the cold chain. To optimize this process, it is necessary to have the right refrigeration equipment. On the side of freshly harvested fruits and vegetables, optimizing and maintaining the freshness and shelf life of the product is mainly based on two processes.

The first requires a slowing down of the respiration of the food. The second limits the evaporation of the internal water of the food to maintain its condition.

In this sense, the Janny MT modules offer a solution that brings more optimization and promotes the preservation of fruits and vegetables in controlled atmosphere mode, either in a natural way and based on the two processes mentioned.
