STAF offers the following evaporators in its product range :

• Dry expansion evaporator: evaporator in which the refrigerant flows in a single direction from the inlet to the outlet of the evaporator, and vaporizes during the course. This type of evaporator can be cubic in shape with front blowing, double flow or even installed on feet (for tunnels).

• Shell and coil evaporator: this evaporator is mainly formed of a cylindrical envelope containing the evaporator coil, around which the liquid to be cooled circulates.

• Recirculating evaporator (flooded): it includes a liquid separator. The unvaporized refrigerant returns to the inlet of the evaporator by gravity or using a pump.

• Static evaporator: made up of fins crimped on copper tubes with two flanges on each side to hold the assembly together, this type of evaporator is used in applications without ventilation.

• Aero refrigerant: it is an air cooler where the fluid circulates in a coil. The air circulation is caused by a fan.
