Turnkey construction of a refrigerated facility covering over 5,000 m², dedicated to the processing, handling, and cold storage of dates in Dguech.
The station is equipped with temperature-controlled areas for receiving, sorting, and packing dates, along with a dozen cold rooms, ensuring a fully integrated cold chain.
Date-producing regions are characterized by extremely high temperatures and significant daytime thermal fluctuations. Aware of these challenging climatic conditions, the Othmani brothers (the owners) demonstrated foresight by choosing to equip their factories and cold storage facilities with top-tier technical solutions.
They selected advanced Scroll technology—capable of condensing at over +60°C—implemented in the form of a centralized refrigeration system with floating high pressure and DIGITAL capacity modulation.
